Group Pension

The competition for the best employees is strong in today’s labour marked. This is why it is important to appear as an attractive employer, and offer good benefits. A good pension is an example of an attractive benefit, and helps employers distinguish themselves from their competitors.

On January 1 2006 "The Compulsory Occupational Pensions Act" took effect, ensuring that all employees will have a future pension that supplements benefits under the National Insurance Scheme. The Act includes most companies, with very few exceptions.

Nordea Liv offers both defined benefit and defined contribution based pensions, in addition to disability pension, children's pension and spouse/partner pension.

We put great emphasis on making pension a visible benefit for the employees. Our web tools are user friendly, and present the pension plan in an understandable manner both to the company and the employees.
